Your core responsibility is to engage with prospective clients, assess their credit situations through consultative conversations, and present tailored service options when appropriate. You'll work independently while supported by comprehensive training modules, ongoing coaching, and a structured compensation framework designed to reward both effort and results.
Compensation & Support:
Your first month includes a ramp-up period with guaranteed minimums ($250–$425 weekly across weeks 2–4) while you master our systems and sales methodology. This safety net ensures you earn during training, or commission—whichever is higher. After month one, 100% commission structure kicks in with realistic first-year targets of $25K–$35K for standard performers and $35K–$45K for top earners (US). High performers pursuing aggressive targets have documented unlimited earning upside through performance bonuses.
What You'll Need:
Strong digital literacy across CRM platforms and spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets proficiency preferred). You must be comfortable with independent work, self-directed time management, and meeting KPI benchmarks. Sales experience—whether in financial services or another field—is valued, though the company provides complete training.
