In this role, you'll own full-stack development initiatives that span database architecture through frontend interfaces. Key responsibilities include: shipping consumer-ready capabilities end-to-end using TypeScript; enhancing data synchronization efficiency through advanced serialization techniques; introducing live collaborative features into our editor; optimizing rendering performance for complex data lists; establishing observability infrastructure with logging, metrics, and alerting to strengthen operational resilience; contributing reusable solutions back to the open-source community; and driving continuous improvement in our engineering standards and processes.
You should bring 5+ years shipping high-quality products at established software companies. Core competencies include advanced React and TypeScript proficiency, demonstrated ability working across frontend, backend, and database layers, and experience with GraphQL or similar API technologies. Beyond technical skills, we value engineers comfortable with significant autonomy, thoughtful about system design, and committed to sustainable, well-documented code. Experience with real-time systems, performance optimization, or developer tools is advantageous but not required.
