Web & Brand Designer – Linear (Remote, North America/Europe)

Linear is the go-to platform for modern product development teams, trusted by OpenAI, Coinbase, Ramp, and thousands of others. We're expanding our creative capacity and need a designer who combines strong visual judgment with practical execution skills.

In this position, you'll contribute to Linear's brand presence and digital properties by:

• Designing and prototyping responsive web experiences, from homepage concepts to conversion-focused landing pages
• Developing cohesive brand assets and visual systems that communicate Linear's vision and values
• Partnering with engineering teams to translate design concepts into polished, interactive products
• Collaborating with marketing strategists and content creators to produce integrated campaigns across digital touchpoints
• Maintaining design quality through iterative feedback and refinement

You'll bring

• 4+ years designing digital products and web experiences with measurable impact
• Proficiency in UI/UX, motion design, and interactive prototyping
• A discriminating eye for typography, color, composition, and micro-interactions
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and user needs
• Comfort working asynchronously within a distributed team while engaging in collaborative sprints
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design taste and technical execution
