Senior Product Manager – Issue Tracking & Workflow Platform (Remote)

Linear is a remote-first platform trusted by thousands of engineering teams to manage product development. You'll join as a senior PM accountable for defining, building, and launching major product initiatives that serve both technical users and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting customer discovery—synthesizing interviews, competitive intelligence, and behavioral data into actionable strategy
• Partnering with engineering and design to translate user insights into crisp requirements and design principles
• Developing go-to-market narratives and positioning that connect features to customer outcomes
• Collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure field alignment and customer win strategies
• Making tough prioritization calls in a product-led environment where customer feedback shapes roadmap decisions

You'll need

• 6+ years in software product management or related product roles
• Background in engineering, design, or technical domains—or proven ability to partner deeply with technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or user research rigor
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Based in North America or European time zones (fully remote)
