You'll work directly with founders to integrate AI capabilities throughout the platform, shaping how modern teams plan and execute. You'll partner with our founder-led team to design and deliver features that push product development tooling forward. Your focus areas include enhancing our collaborative real-time editor, expanding AI-driven workflows into core product surfaces, advancing our UI component architecture for scale, and eliminating performance bottlenecks across the platform. You'll also contribute to engineering practices that enable our distributed team to move rapidly without sacrificing quality.
We're looking for engineers with 5+ years shipping quality software products at scaled organizations. You should be comfortable moving fluidly between frontend and backend contexts—proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL is essential. Beyond technical depth, we value builders who've owned complex features from conception through launch, with measurable product impact. You understand UX fundamentals and care about how systems feel to end users. Bonus: you've worked on collaborative or real-time systems, or you're excited to learn them here. We operate as a distributed team across North America and Europe with intentional in-person connection through quarterly off-sites.
