As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy focused on mid-market accounts ($25K+ annual contract value). Your core responsibilities include: prospecting and qualifying target accounts within your territory, conducting discovery meetings that uncover genuine business challenges, and shepherding deals through complex buying cycles involving multiple decision-makers. You'll work alongside our Solutions Engineering team to craft customized presentations and proposals that align with client objectives. Your pipeline development will be self-directed—you'll identify market opportunities, execute outbound campaigns, and maintain consistent activity metrics. You'll also contribute to refining our sales methodology by documenting what works, sharing best practices with peers, and helping establish scalable processes as the team grows. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, demonstrated success closing deals in the $25K–$50K range, and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth environment. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine interest in our product are essential.
