Job Description

In this position, you will drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle for mid-market organizations with 300-2,500 employees. Your core focus will be pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting, research, and relationship building. You'll conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand client pain points, then collaborate with our Solutions Engineering team to craft customized presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear ROI. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures—connecting with procurement, finance, technical teams, and executive leadership—will be essential. You will prioritize opportunities with ACV thresholds of $50k and above, maintaining disciplined forecasting and consistent deal progression. As we formalize our corporate segment strategy, you'll help refine our methodology, document what works, and contribute to scalable sales processes that the team can replicate. The ideal candidate combines tenacity in prospecting with genuine consultative instincts, embraces transparency in forecasting, and takes ownership of their territory metrics. You'll have autonomy to shape your approach while staying aligned with company values around craft and quality.
