Job Description

In this opportunity, you'll drive revenue growth by developing and closing high-value contracts with mid-sized organizations (50-300 employees) seeking digital transformation solutions. Your day-to-day involves sourcing qualified prospects through strategic outbound initiatives, conducting discovery-focused conversations that uncover real business challenges, and collaborating with technical specialists to craft customized solution presentations. You'll manage multi-stakeholder negotiations involving product teams, marketing leaders, and C-suite executives, targeting deals with $25K+ annual contract values. Your responsibilities extend beyond closing—you'll document winning sales methodologies, contribute insights that refine our market approach, and mentor emerging team members as the division scales. Success means consistently meeting pipeline targets, shortening sales cycles through consultative techniques, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers evaluating web development platforms. You'll report progress against KPIs while maintaining transparency about market feedback that informs product direction.
