The Events team helps bring that mission to life through high-impact experiences that require rigorous planning, thoughtful guest experience, reliable cross-functional coordination, and careful execution.
About the Role
This role will work under the guidance of the Enterprise Events Lead to support high-impact OpenAI enterprise events, with ownership across operations, vendor coordination, guest experience, safety, budgets, communications, and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate is a detail-heavy event operator who can move quickly, solve creatively, manage front-of-house moments gracefully, and use event systems confidently.
This role is expected to be based in San Francisco, CA, and three days a week in office.
