About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, highly organized, and client-focused Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for global brand partners.

This is first and foremost a high-volume Project Management and Client Success role—not a sales position. Once the Sales team closes a new client, you'll assume full ownership of the campaign, managing every phase from onboarding and planning through execution, reporting, and successful completion.

This position requires exceptional project management skills, polished client-facing communication, and the ability to successfully manage a large portfolio of concurrent campaigns involving multiple creators, stakeholders, and internal teams across different time zones.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns, enjoys working in fast-paced environments, and thrives when balancing multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client experience.

What You'll Do

Client Success & Relationship Management

• Take ownership of client relationships immediately after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team.

• Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service.

• Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently.

• Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience.

• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Campaign Planning & Strategy

• Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.

• Define deliverables, creator requirements, timelines, KPIs, and execution strategies.

• Translate client expectations into actionable campaign plans.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

Campaign Execution

• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating multiple creators and campaign activations simultaneously.
