Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivatedAssociate Digital SolutionsDeveloperwith a strong background in software development and applied innovation to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled problem-solver who is passionate about building scalable digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and enable future AI and data-driven capabilities.

As an Associate Digital SolutionsDeveloper, you will design and develop modern applications across multiple frameworks, with a focus on delivering seamless, user-centered experiences across both web and mobile platforms.You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutionsandrapidly prototype new tools. You will also present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to diverse audiences, clearly communicating value, functionality, and impact.

Responsibilities

Utilize time management skills to deliver successful software product designsand prototypeswithin timelines outlined.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and peers to identify business challenges and present proposed design solutions via high-fidelity wireframes.

Leverage software development lifecycle best practices to design and develop web and mobile solutions,including native and cross-platform mobile applications, while rapidly prototyping and iterating on innovative digital tools to solve complex business and operational challenges.

Advocate for user experience best practices andkeep up to date with industry trends in UX and UI design,particularly for mobile-first and responsive design principles.

Present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, clearly articulating business value, technical approach, and expected impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

Proven ability to deliver accurate work products in a cross-functional matrix environment, managing multiple competing priorities.

Experience applying technical development methodologies to design, build, and optimize solutions for complex business problems.

Strong ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured concepts, prototypes, and user-centered solutions.

Experience designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions, including application interfaces, workflows, and responsive functionality.

Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on digital solutions.

Strong visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Understanding of user research methods and usability testing principles.

Familiarity with modern web/mobile development frameworks and system architecture concepts.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with evolving priorities.

This position offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home.

Travel requirements for this role are rare, but occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
