The Dubai market

Where the jobs are in Dubai

Dubai is the Gulf's commercial capital, with the deepest pool of international employers in finance, real estate, logistics, hospitality and technology. Competition from candidates applying from abroad is high, so tailored, timely applications matter.

Applying in Dubai

What applies across the United Arab Emirates

If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in Dubai, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.

Dubai is the Gulf's commercial capital, with the deepest pool of international employers in the region: banks and family offices in DIFC, logistics and aviation around Jebel Ali and the airports, real estate and construction, hospitality, and a fast-growing technology and fintech scene in Dubai Internet City and DMCC.

Nearly all professional roles come with employer-sponsored visas, so the challenge is landing the offer, not the paperwork. We source across Dubai's free zones and mainland employers, tailor your CV to Gulf expectations and apply to the roles you approve.

Work rights and visas

  • Employers usually sponsor the employment visa and Emirates ID once you accept an offer.
  • Emiratisation targets mean some private-sector roles are set aside for UAE nationals; we leave those off your list.

CV conventions in Dubai

  • Two-page CV.
  • A professional photo is common.
  • State your nationality, visa status and notice period, as employers often ask.

Where people apply

  • LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent, Naukrigulf, Indeed UAE, company career pages

Hiring calendar

  • Hiring picks up from September and again in the first quarter. It is slower during peak summer, and working hours shift during Ramadan.

How we help in Dubai

We filter out roles reserved for nationals and put roles that hire international candidates first.

Sectors we see hiring most: Finance and fintech, Real estate and construction, Logistics and aviation, Hospitality, Technology.

Who this is for

Want to change your career in Dubai? Start here.

Changing career in Dubai

Moving into a new field means reframing your experience for roles that ask for something different. We rewrite your CV around transferable skills for each role, so a career change reads as a strength, not a gap.

Applying for jobs in Dubai from abroad

Many Gulf employers hire candidates who are still overseas. We state your location, availability and notice period clearly on every application.

Back on track after a layoff

Losing a role is hard enough without a hundred application forms. We restart your search the week you join, so applications keep going out while you focus on interviews.

Moving up after your first Gulf role

Already in the region? We target the step-up roles and employers that recruit experienced expatriates, and skip roles reserved for nationals.

Too busy to search properly

If you are working full time, a proper search does not fit into your evenings. You approve roles in a few minutes a week; we do the sourcing, tailoring and submitting.

Senior and searching quietly

For senior candidates we keep the search discreet, never apply to your current employer or any company you exclude, and focus on fewer, better-matched roles.
