What you are hiring, and what you get back

Hiring help with applications makes sense when the volume is the problem, not your qualifications. You keep deciding where to apply; we remove the hours of form-filling.

For roles in Nigeria, that means a weekly list of matched roles, a tailored CV and cover letter for each one you approve, and a dashboard showing exactly what went where.

Weekly sourcing

At least 50 matched roles delivered to your dashboard every week.

Tailoring per role

Your CV and cover letter are adjusted to each posting.

Clear scope

Plans and application counts are set out in our service agreement.

What you are hiring

What you get when you hire PBridge to apply for you

You are not hiring one freelancer. A small team covers your account: one person sources roles in Nigeria, one tailors documents and one submits and tracks, with checks between each step.

The scope is written down before you start: how many applications your plan covers, what happens when they are used up and how support works. The service agreement sets all of this out.

A team, not a gig

Sourcing, tailoring and submission are separate jobs, each checked.

Scope in writing

Application counts, support and renewals are in the service agreement you can read before paying.

Weekly rhythm

A role list every week, applications sent as soon as you approve.

How it works

You approve. We apply. Every week.

How our hire someone to apply for jobs works in Nigeria

Nothing is sent without your approval, and every application is tracked with proof. This is the difference between PBridge and auto-apply tools that fire your CV at everything.

  1. 01 · Onboard once

Upload your CV and tell us your target roles, locations and salary. We rebuild your CV and send it to you to confirm.

  2. 02 · Approve your weekly list

At least 50 matched roles in Nigeria arrive on your dashboard each week. You approve the ones you want in a few minutes.

  3. 03 · We tailor and submit

For each approved role we tailor your CV and cover letter, complete the employer's application form and submit it in your name.

  4. 04 · You see the proof

Each submission is logged on your dashboard with a confirmation. Replies and interview requests reach you directly.

Applying in Nigeria

What is different about Nigeria

Nigeria's job market moves on referrals and speed. Good roles at banks, telecoms, oil and gas firms and tech companies close within days, and a CV that reads as generic is screened out before anyone reads it properly.

We run the search for you. Each week we source roles in Nigeria and remote roles with international employers that match your experience, tailor your CV to each one, and submit only the applications you approve on your dashboard.

Questions

Before you start

Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer to apply for me?

A freelancer is one person you brief and manage. Here a team works to a written process, with quality checks, and you only approve roles.

What happens when my applications are used up?

The service agreement explains your options. You can read it at pbridgeco.com/career-accelerator/agreement.

What does the service cover?

Role sourcing, CV and cover letter tailoring, submission through employer portals and tracking. Plan details are on the Career Accelerator page.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The service agreement sets out plans, application counts and support, and you can read it before you start.

Do you apply to remote international roles as well as Nigerian employers?

Yes. Tell us which you want and we source both. Remote roles with international employers go through the same tailoring and approval as local ones.

Can you apply to roles outside Nigeria that sponsor visas?

Yes. If you are targeting the UK, Canada, Germany or the Gulf, we prioritise employers that sponsor and flag them on your weekly list.

Will my CV follow Nigerian conventions?

Yes. We rebuild it as a two-page CV focused on results, with NYSC status where relevant and no unnecessary personal details.

Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?

Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.

Ready to stop applying and start interviewing?

Upload your CV, set your targets in Nigeria, and approve your first weekly list.
