We are looking for a Full-Time Production Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Production, you will oversee all production operations and lead the production team in achieving safety, quality, plan adherence, on-time delivery, and efficiency targets.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for:

• Lead a 24/7 operation and a team of Production Supervisors, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Associates

• Build a high-performing culture with specific focus on safety, GMP, quality, employee learning, development & engagement, and continuous improvement

• Responsible for target setting and continuously improving employee safety, food safety compliance, quality, pick accuracy, on-time delivery, plan adherence, and efficiency 

• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams to develop production plans that focus on product freshness, on-time delivery, and plan reliability

• Execute and deliver the daily production plan; Ensure proper and on-time team, material, facility, and equipment setup; Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and blockers; and Drive clear, structured and concise communication to ensure alignment between teams, shifts, and external stakeholders

• Make tomorrow better than today! Drive continuous improvement in the DC by engaging team members and broader HF stakeholders in identifying opportunities, facilitating root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and delivering positive and focused change

• Develop, roll out, and manage standard operating procedures, visual tools, and checklists to ensure we are a process-driven operations; Onboard, train, and continuously develop team members to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, tasks, process and procedures 

• Create a positive team environment that prioritizes safety, strives for accountability & respect, enables continuous learning and promotes  open communication and candid feedback 

• Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations. 

• Use personal protective and safety equipment and clothing as directed by the employer and report workplace hazards and dangers to the supervisor or employer.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for: 

• 5+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field

• Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety and its application in a warehouse and production environment

• Experience with managing a large scale teams and operations 

• An authentic leader, who’s able to build strong relationships, clearly communicate and motivate, and drive accountability in all levels

• An effective collaborator, who empowers and enables others to share ideas, raises awareness, gets buy-in, and and delivers fast and well-rounded so
