We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst, with deep expertise in web and app analytics, to help drive data-informed product and growth decisions across our organization. You will join our analytics and reporting team working globally between our Berlin and New York City offices.

You will solve challenging business problems using digital product usage and customer data, to create the best digital product experiences that delight and retain customers. Your insights will drive user experience design, product development, and customer journey optimization and you will provide professional grade dashboarding and reporting that reaches the C-suite level for some of our most critical product and growth initiatives.

• Partner widely across the Senior Product organisation (Product, Software Engineering, UX leads) to set strategic priorities and promote a culture rooted in evidence-based decision making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives while utilising project management skills to plan and execute data-driven projects.

• Design, implement and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure product feature impact and optimize user experiences.

• Develop automated reporting and dashboards that democratize data access and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

• Build sophisticated analytics solutions to define KPI trees, design measurement frameworks, and track product performance across app and web platforms, to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to dramatically increase efficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation workflows.

• Communicate complex data and statistical concepts persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.

• Review as a technical expert the implementations of multiple teams across domains, continuously improving the deliverables of your teams.

• A BS or equivalent in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a relevant quantitative field.

• Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) / Snowplow, including advanced configuration, custom event tracking, and experience with Mixpanel/Amplitude.

• Advanced BigQuery experience required, including complex SQL queries, query optimization, data modeling, and working with large-scale datasets.

• Advanced Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and building analytical tools (pandas, numpy, etc.).

• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

• Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to increase personal and team productivity in day-to-day analytical work.
