We are looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site role based in San Jose, CA (working in-office Monday through Friday), reporting to the Workplace Experience Sr. Manager in the People & Culture Organization. You will ensure a best-in-class, end-to-end workplace experience for all employees and external guests across managed sites while promoting a productive, efficient, and vibrant work environment.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Oversee daily workspace operations, including mailroom, security, janitorial services, food and beverage programs, parking, and site amenities

• Align physical workplace layouts and workflows with organizational needs by applying modern space management practices

• Develop and execute strategic workplace projects and initiatives aligned with both local and global organizational goals

• Partner cross-functionally with the People Team and key stakeholders to organize activities and events that drive employee engagement

• Maintain and optimize site workflows to ensure a seamless on-site experience for employees and external guests
