What it is . Spark is a dedicated team of tenured Client Partners and Client Account Managers who step in to look after a colleague's clients and business while they're on a leave of absence. They safeguard relationships and revenue, keep the work moving, and hand back a healthy, thriving book when our teammate returns.

Pinterest's Spark program is a full-time staffing model purpose-built to ensure uninterrupted client service and consistent business performance during periods of extended employee leave, including parental and medical absences. Each engagement offers genuine ownership of high-value client relationships, hands-on expertise across Pinterest's full-funnel advertising solutions, and direct contribution to the North America Enterprise organization. Hires join Pinterest as regular, full-time employees, fully embedded within their teams and client portfolios from day one, with assignments typically scoped for approximately 6 months and subject to extension based on business needs.
