About the Corporate Engineering Team:

The Corporate Engineering Team at Reddit leverages technology to maximize enterprise value, organizational alignment, and operational scale through robust corporate platforms, automated workflows, and seamless system integrations. We build the data and infrastructure foundations that enable Reddit to make sound, data-driven operational decisions and scale our global business securely.

About the Role:

Reddit’s Corporate Engineering Team is looking for a highly experienced Staff Data Engineer to advance the data architecture and ETL infrastructure powering our global corporate ecosystem. In this role, your primary focus will be modernizing the data foundations that power our financial systems, while simultaneously scaling data pipelines for broader enterprise and operational initiatives. You'll establish scalable, well-architected data infrastructure and evolve our existing corporate pipelines toward modern data engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Build & Modernize Core Data Infrastructure: Lead the evolution of our existing integrations toward a modern, orchestrated architecture. Design, build, and scale robust data pipelines into a cloud data warehouse, integrating data from our enterprise systems (ERP/EPM/Treasury/HR).

• Own the Data Architecture: Set the long-term technical direction for our financial data warehouse and analytics strategy. You'll evolve early pipelines into a scalable, well-modeled platform that serve
