About the team + role

Robinhood's Money team is building the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans. Our team members drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale. As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our core banking product and the broader platform that powers it. You'll help define the systems, capabilities, and product foundations that enable new banking experiences, while partnering cross-functionally to bring products from concept through launch and scale.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Westlake, TX and Washington, DC offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to better understand customers and their most pressing needs

• Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers

• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to ensure products are built the right way

• Drive execution from concept through launch, including defining success metrics and iterating based on results

What you bring

• Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products; 7+ years preferred

• Superb product and business sense

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• A strong sense of urgency and speed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same

• Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments

• Experience in fintech products is a plus, but not required
