Build deep relationships with exceptional users

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new individuals doing high-impact work with ChatGPT and Codex

- Conduct in-depth interviews and maintain ongoing relationships to understand workflows, decision-making, and real-world applications

- Act as a trusted point of contact between these users and OpenAI

- Create an experience that is worthy of users’ time, expertise, and trust

Support advanced technical workflows

- Help advanced Pro users understand and operationalize new capabilities across ChatGPT, Codex, agents, and related products

- Run technical office hours, workflow reviews, demos, and peer-learning sessions for users building complex systems

- Partner with DevEx, Product, and Research to route technical questions, bugs, edge cases, and workflow feedback to the right teams

- Translate between highly technical users, non-technical experts becoming builders, and internal teams trying to understand real-world usage

Surface and document how ChatGPT and Codex are actually being used

- Curate and evaluate user chats and workflows for editorial publication, internal learning, and product
