About this role
The Fulfillment Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Senior Planning Managers are responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our U.S. distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the team that is responsible for the on-time creation of daily production plans
• Track progress to and deviations from the plan, drive problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Assess and identify potential Operational risks; lead the discussion of risks and plan changes with other key business stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, HR and Operations leaders
• Utilize production planning tools and track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans
• Take on projects to drive the continuous improvement of Fulfillment Planning tools and processes and complete them on schedule
• Manage a team of Fulfillment Planning Managers
• Report to the AD of Fulfillment Planning

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred
• Organizational, project management skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, math, and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• 3-8 years of experience in Production Planning or related positions that require cross-functional collaboration and data analysis to influence stakeholders
