We are seeking a creative, data-informed LinkedIn Content Strategist to elevate our presence on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Repurposing : Collaborate with internal experts to translate raw insights, interviews, and company milestones into platform-native content.

Analytics & Iteration : Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and run format tests to continuously optimize reach.

Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and industry conversations.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, remote work, SaaS, or professional services.

Requirements
