ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced JAPAC Marketing Operations Lead to build the operational foundations that connect regional B2B marketing activity to customer engagement, sales progression, and measurable business impact.
This role serves as a critical bridge between global marketing and revenue operations and GEO B2B leaders, ensuring field leadership drives optimized customer journeys, measurement frameworks, and performance impact. It will deliver country level performance reporting and insights.
Embedded in JAPAC’s GTM strategy, you will work closely with country marketing leads, GTM leaders, and Sales Operations to translate business priorities into a regional operations roadmap. You will represent JAPAC’s requirements with global Marketing Operations, ensuring that technology, data, and process decisions support local sales motions, customer journeys, and growth priorities.

You will combine technical fluency, analytical judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration to help regional teams launch faster, improve follow-up, and understand what drives results.
