What happens between your approval and the employer's inbox
Approve a role on Monday and the work starts the same day. The job description is read for its requirements and screening keywords. Your CV is adjusted to them, a cover letter is written if the role asks for one, and the application is completed in the employer's own system.
Before anything is sent, a second person checks the documents against the advert. Then the submission is confirmed and logged on your dashboard.

Do I need Portuguese?
Not for many tech and international roles. We filter out roles that require Portuguese unless you speak it.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
