How the Referral System Works

Transparent, trackable, and based entirely on real platform activity.

You get a PBridge account + unique referral code

Once accepted, you get your own Ambassador Portal with a unique referral code (e.g. PBR-JOHN2026) and a shareable signup link.

You share your code with students

When someone signs up on PBridge and enters your referral code (or uses your link), the system records them as your referral. This is automatic.

Your referrals take real action

You earn ₦3,000 when a referred client funds their first escrow, and ₦2,000 when a referred freelancer completes their first paid job. See Ambassador Terms for details.

Commissions appear in your wallet

Every qualifying completed job adds commission to your PBridge wallet. You can withdraw directly to your Nigerian bank account.

Commission structure:

Referred client (business, student) posts a qualifying job

₦3,000

Referred freelancer completes a qualifying paid job

₦2,000

Monthly performance bonus — 20 completed jobs from referrals

₦30,000 bonus

How payments work: Commissions are only generated when referred users complete real, paid jobs through PBridge's escrow system. Signups alone do not generate commission. If a referred user creates a fake account, never completes a job, or is flagged for abuse, no commission is paid. All referrals are reviewed before payment. Requirements

✓Must be currently enrolled full-time at a Nigerian university, polytechnic, or college of education
✓Must have a valid student ID and be able to provide proof of enrollment
✓Willing to create a PBridge account (freelancer or client) — this is where your referral code and dashboard live
✓Active on social media (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or WhatsApp)
✓Comfortable speaking to people and promoting PBridge in person and online
✓Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
✓Reliable internet access and a working smartphone
✓Interest in freelancing, entrepreneurship, or the Nigerian tech ecosystem

What does a Campus Ambassador actually do?▼
You represent PBridge at your university by telling students and business owners about the platform. This includes sharing your referral link, organizing campus events, posting on social media, and distributing marketing materials. Think of it as a part-time brand representative role.
How does the referral tracking work?▼
Once accepted, you receive a unique referral code and shareable link tied to your PBridge account. Anyone who signs up through your link is automatically recorded as your referral. You can track all referrals and their activity in your ambassador dashboard in real time.
When do I earn commission?▼
Commission is earned when referrals take real action on PBridge: ₦3,000 when a referred client posts a qualifying job, ₦2,000 when a referred freelancer completes a paid job. Full details in the Ambassador Terms.
How and when do I get paid?▼
Commissions are paid directly to your Nigerian bank account. Payments are processed monthly for all commissions earned in the previous month.
Is there a cost to join?▼
No. There are no fees, no purchases, and no financial commitment required to become a Campus Ambassador.
Can I apply from any university?▼
Yes. We accept applications from students at any accredited Nigerian university, polytechnic, or college of education across all 36 states and the FCT.
Is there room for growth?▼
Yes. Top-performing ambassadors are considered for full-time salaried positions within PBridge, including team leadership roles. Check the Careers page for current openings.
How much time does this take?▼
The ambassador role is flexible and part-time. Most ambassadors spend a few hours per week sharing their link, posting content, and talking to students. There are no fixed hours — you work at your own pace.
