To support our Legal & Tech team during a colleague’s parental leave, we are looking for a hands-on and reliable Manager Paralegal (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time basis. In this role you will take care of our corporate governance administration and our legal invoicing and purchase-order processes, working closely with Procurement and Finance and making active use of our legal-tech tools.

📍 The essentials at a glance:

• Contract type: Fixed-term parental-leave cover, approx. 18 months

• Working hours: Part-time, 62.5% (approx. 25 hours/ week)

• Start date: October/ November 2026 or another suitable date for the candidate

About the Role

• Manage the corporate governance administration of our group companies in our corporate governance software (Fides), e.g. maintaining corporate registers and structures, tracking shareholder and management resolutions, and preparing documents for notarizations and filings

• Take ownership of the legal team’s invoicing and purchase-order (PO) processes - creating and tracking POs, monitoring invoices and ensuring correct and timely processing

• Work closely with the Procurement and Finance teams to keep purchasing and invoicing running smoothly and to resolve any open items

• Work with our legal-tech and business tools - including Fides, Pivot and Oracle as well as other internal systems - to keep legal and financial data structured, accurate and up to date

• Work closely with other departments to respond to corporate inquiries, provide the required documentation in a timely manner

• Help continuously improve our legal processes and support the roll-out and adoption of digital tools within the team

• Respond to written and verbal requests from attorneys and internal stakeholders, and support special projects as assigned

About You

• A completed qualification as Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Rechtsfachwirt/in, paralegal, or a comparable legal or commercial qualification (a law- or business-related degree is a plus)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience working independently in a law firm or a corporate legal department, ideally with exposure to corporate governance and/or invoicing and PO processes

• A strong affinity for legal-tech and business tools and digital ways of working is a must - you enjoy working with software (e.g. Fides, Pivot, Oracle and internal systems), learn new tools quickly and are keen to help make processes more efficient

• Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken (our legal work is done in both languages)

• Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail and reliable adherence to deadlines
