About the role:
We’re looking for a talent leader to build a repeatable, data driven recruiting engine that translates Hex’s culture in a real and tangible way. You’ll start by making our bar something we can actually teach, so every interviewer is holding the same line instead of their own. From there you’ll shape the rest of it: how we find people, what candidates feel going through our process, and the systems and data underneath all of it. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely excited to be there alongside the team.

- Build a data-driven recruiting engine. You’ll own the stack and the call on what we stop doing by hand. You’ll also get to build our recruiting analysis in Hex itself, which is a pretty great perk of thi
