ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team! In this role, you will provide critical support to the legal department and be responsible for a wide range of corporate legal tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, takes initiative, is adaptable to business needs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Corporate entity governance and maintenance for domestic and foreign entities

- Prepare board materials, written consents, resolutions, certifications, minutes, and other corporate documentation

- Assist with legal aspects of special projects, including financings, real estate, insurance, and M&A: transactions documents, due diligence, and ongoing obligations.

- Support compliance function, including maintaining policy database and providing guidance on legal processes and procedures

- Support the drafting and maintenance of employment-related documents

- Conduct legal research and benchmarking

- Respond to internal and external legal inquiries (e.g., vendor KYC)

- Work with other members of the legal team and as well as other company functional departments on special initiatives

- Provide operational support to the legal team (e.g., manage legal subscriptions)

WHAT YOU HAVE

- Minimum of five years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or technology company, with a broad scope of practice: corporate governance, securities, employment, and strategic transactions

- Registered notary

- Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate is a plus)

- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
