About this role
We are looking for an experienced International Strategy Sr. Manager to join our INTL GTM team. This is a critical Individual Contributor role owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy across multiple international markets and strategic initiatives - from budgeting and planning through content strategy, media investment, and cross-functional execution. You will build the playbooks and frameworks that shape how Squarespace shows up internationally.
You are an analytically driven, scrappy operator who moves fluidly between long-term strategic planning and hands-on execution. You're comfortable picking up new problem spaces quickly, and you act as a genuine business partner - to your manager, to senior stakeholders, and to teams across Product, Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Analytics.
This role is hybrid, based in the NYC area, with 2-3 days per week in office. You will report to the Associate Director, International & GTM.
You’ll Get To…
• End-to-End Market Ownership: Own GTM strategy and execution - including multi-year budgeting and resource planning - for a portfolio of international markets, building repeatable frameworks that extend to less mature markets over time.
• AEO & Content Strategy: Define and drive the content and AI-discovery strategy for owned markets, building the playbook that scales into new markets over time.
• Media Investment & Planning: Own media investment strategy and planning, partnering with Brand and Analytics to ensure spend is tied to measurable performance outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary GTM voice into Product, Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Analytics - representing market needs upstream and translating cross-functional roadmaps into GTM action.
• Analytical Rigor: Bring a data-driven approach to prioritization - using performance data to decide where to invest, what to test, and when to pivot.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and pivot quickly as priorities shift
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority
