We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Coordinator to be an integral part of the Talent Team! You will be involved in many aspects of the recruitment process, ranging from communicating with candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and driving process improvements across the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Support a team of R&D recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of engineering and technical interviews across multiple teams and timezones
• Manage candidate communications and deliver a high-quality candidate experience to every candidate
• Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked and own the creation of new job postings
• Have a strong understanding of the ATS to drive data hygiene efforts
• Demonstrates independence when managing individual responsibilities
• Partner with the Talent Team on process improvements
WHO YOU ARE
• 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment coordination or similar recruiting-related role
• Ability to independently problem solve in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
• Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse
• Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar and Drive). Experience with GoodTime scheduling is a major plus
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Takes initiative to identify inefficiencies and provide strategic solutions
• Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $59,000 and $84,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings ( OTE ) between $65,000 and $93,000/year (including bonus or commission).
