About the Role Hinge is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join the Dating Outcomes research team, supporting our mission of helping people find meaningful romantic connections. In this role, you will lead quant and qual research methods to understand what helps daters move conversations forward with confidence after they match, and what helps that connection carry beyond the app itself and into a real date.
