Role
We are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid (in office minimum 3 days per week) role, reporting to the Senior Director, ZTE Supply Chain and Logistics in the Cloud Ops Team department. In this role, you will join our fast-paced, dynamic global data center team to drive supplier selection and relationship management across key categories—including integrators, VARs, and OEMs—while maintaining rigorous inventory oversight across global supplier and data center locations.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
• Drive global supplier relationship management to ensure operational excellence and strategic partnership health
• Lead sourcing initiatives across critical categories including integrators, VARs, and OEMs
• Execute cost optimization strategies to maximize value and efficiency across the supply chain
• Manage comprehensive planning and forecasting cycles to support global data center demands
• Provide rigorous inventory oversight at supplier and data center locations to ensure global availability
