Operations Specialist, Asset Protection
Shift- Monday to Friday- Hybrid

Due to growth, HelloFresh is looking to add an Operations Specialist to our team within our Asset Protection Organization! As an Operations Specialist, you will join forces with Leadership from different organizations across the company to standardize, update, and expand the Asset Protection Function across the globe! You will be an integral part of ensuring the asset protection department and teams are promoting HelloFresh’s vision, always moving in a positive direction, and are raising the bar on safety & security within our buildings!
You will…
• Write & Update Policies Within The Asset Protection Scope
• Architect Reports & Dashboards Specific To Asset Protection Metrics
• Assist With Enterprise Riskonnect Management
• Create Training Documents For Field Asset Protection Teams
• Conduct Thorough Onsite Audits Of All Asset Protection Functions At North American Facilities
• Champion New Processes To Drive The Asset Protection Department To Future Success
• Conduct Reviews Of Investigation Material To Ensure Policy Compliance
• Work With Leadership From Other Internal Organizations To Assist With Asset Protection Functions
• Create Slide Decks For Departmental Review Processes
• Assist With Project Execution Across North American Sites
You have…
• Bachelors Degree or 5+ years pertinent work experience
• Previous Experience in Asset Protection, Corporate Security, or Training Field
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Experience writing and presenting policies
• Program management experience
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward visitors and other team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Effective communication skills
• Work both independently and working in teams
• Proficiency in Google apps (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.)
