Software Deployment and Customer Empowerment
- Take charge of the client experience with precision and finesse.
- Empower customers through comprehensive post-sales training, transforming them into proficient software users.
Ingenious Troubleshooting, Sales Growth & Collaborative Market Insight
- Resolve complex technical issues while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, resulting in client satisfaction and the increase in our resulting revenue.
- Stay at the forefront of market trends, ensuring alignment with schedules, and guaranteeing the timely fulfillment of our commitments.
Your profile
Experience
- At least 3+ years of Manufacturing (machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer) and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
Technical skills
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems, CNC machine tools.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
- Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
- Strong GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) knowledge.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Tools, familiarity with Salesforce).
Personal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and a good dose of resilience to manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects/missions.
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates independence and is highly goal oriented.
- Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions.

- Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.
