About Breathe for Change

Breathe for Change (B4C) is building the category of Human Intelligence in Education to address the crises of educator stress and burnout, student mental health, and AI disruption. Our accredited higher-education programs — anchored by our Master's of Education — equip educators with the human skills they and their students need most to thrive. We envision a world where school is about what truly matters: empowering students AND teachers to live purposeful, creative lives full of vitality, wholeness, and connection.

The role

You'll be a full-cycle inside sales professional guiding teachers through the decision to enroll in B4C's degree programs. Marketing fills your calendar with booked 1:1 phone calls — you run a consultative discovery conversation, help each educator reach an honest fit decision, and enroll the ones the program genuinely serves.

Know what you'd be selling: a Master's degree our graduates consistently describe as transformative — for their teaching, their wellbeing, and their lives. Every enrollment you close is a teacher who stays in the profession stronger than they came to it. Most sales jobs ask you to believe in the product as a professional courtesy; this one earns it.

Three things to know about how we work, because they tell you whether this seat is for you:

You'd be joining an awesome team

This is a small group of mission-driven professionals who genuinely like each other and are unusually good at what they do. We chase a team goal — the number belongs to all of us, not to a leaderboard of individuals — so the incentive is to make the person next to you better. Reps trade what's working in real time, review each other's calls in the film room, and celebrate each other's wins loudly. If you've worked somewhere the top closer hoarded their tricks and the floor went quiet when someone was behind, this will feel different on day one.

We take selling seriously as a craft

Our motion is documented and built from what our best people actually do, not from theory — most of our wins close on the first substantive conversation, carried by disciplined follow-up. Everything we've built around it — the playbook, the coaching, the AI tooling — exists to get you to full speed fast: weeks, not quarters. After that, the book is yours to run. There are no individual volume quotas and no commission — we make sure you have a strong, steady set of calls, flexing up and down a bit during the highest-demand weeks and months, but overall protecting your calendar against getting overloaded. We hire people who run their own week, and then we get out of the way.

We sell with integrity, structurally

Teachers are trust professionals and our buyers for life — pressure tactics, false urgency, and manufactured scarcity don't just violate our values, they're incompatible with how we're regulated and how we retain students. Honest disqualification is a celebrated outcome. The product is what makes this possible: our graduates rate the program at an NPS in the +70s, so the honest conversation and the effective one are the same conversation. If your best work happens when you're allowed to tell a prospect the truth, you'll like it here.

What you'll actually do

  • Run ~8–12 scheduled discovery calls a day* (20 minutes each) with teachers who booked time to talk about the M.Ed. — assess fit, run real discovery, answer program and financing questions, and ask for the enrollment decision when the signal is there. *Daily volume fluctuates with seasonality, events, and experience.
  • Own the follow-up between calls: short, purposeful texting that protects shows and carries momentum, completion calls that finish decisions, and the follow-through that
