General Consumers: Paid Interview on Digital Task Experiences

WHAT WE'RE RESEARCHING

We are running a paid study on how people navigate everyday digital interfaces and answer survey questions. Your feedback feeds directly into improving the usability and clarity of online task flows. We rely on these insights to build better experiences for general audiences.

HOW IT WORKS

You will join a remote session to complete a few simple tasks and answer a set of guided questions. We will ask you to share your screen as you navigate through these examples and describe your thought process out loud. After the tasks, we will have an open discussion where you can share your general thoughts and experiences openly. The entire process is conversational and focuses on your honest reactions.

WHO THIS IS FOR

We are looking for everyday digital users who are comfortable providing candid feedback. You should be familiar with navigating websites, completing online forms, and participating in remote video calls. We welcome students, working professionals, and anyone who regularly uses a computer or smartphone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Complete a few straightforward digital tasks on your computer or smartphone.

• Answer a set of guided questions about your experience.

• Share your screen and narrate your thought process out loud.

• Provide open, honest feedback on the clarity of the tasks.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

• Regular user of everyday digital applications or websites.

• Comfortable joining a remote video call and sharing your screen.

• Able to articulate your thoughts clearly while completing tasks.
