Will my current employer find out I am looking?

Do senior roles in Finland require Finnish?

Many do, especially at domestic companies. International companies and regional headquarters hire senior staff in English. We filter by the languages you work in.

Can I exclude certain companies?

Yes. Add exclusions during onboarding and we will never apply to them.

Do you handle executive search firms?
