About the Role
We are expanding our Compensation team and seeking a Compensation Business Partner to help build the compensation pillar for our go-to-market organization. - Move fluidly between strategic design and hands-on execution, including building processes and operating mechanisms where they do not yet exist.
- Collaborate with the broader Compensation team to share insights and strengthen company-wide programs.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- 6+ years of compensation experience, including meaningful depth supporting GTM or commercial organizations.
