About this role
About the Team
DoorDash’s Commerce Platform is one of the fastest-growing segments in the company—distinct from our Marketplace business. Whereas Marketplace serves DoorDash’s own app customers, Commerce Platform powers merchant-owned eCommerce channels by fulfilling orders directly for their customers (e.g., a Petco.com order where Petco owns the checkout experience, and DoorDash fulfills delivery). Within Commerce Platform, the Logistics team focuses on cost efficiency and sustainable growth across Retail Merchants with multi-day service level agreements and Final Mile delivery in Parcel networks. Our mission is to make efficiency a competitive advantage —reducing costs for merchants so they can grow, while ensuring high-quality deliveries for customers and fair pay for Dashers.
