Remote Real Estate Acquisition Caller — Commission Only (PH / Egypt)

This is a remote position.

We are a New Jersey–based real estate investment company (Eastern Time) hiring remote Acquisition Callers to speak directly with US property owners and move motivated sellers toward a signed contract.

This is a front-line acquisitions role, not appointment setting or lead sorting. You own the conversation from the first hello through to a deal our team can close.

What you'll do

• Place outbound acquisition calls to US property owners

• Qualify sellers on motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations

• Handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone

• Follow up consistently with warm and pending leads

• Keep pipeline notes and call dispositions current in the CRM

• Attend the daily Acquisitions meeting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time

Schedule

There is no daily, weekly, or hourly time requirement. We measure closed deals, not hours logged. Two fixed points structure the role:

• Acquisition calls must be placed between 9:00 AM and 7:45 PM ET — the window in which US sellers answer the phone

• The daily Acquisitions meeting at 10:00 AM ET is mandatory

Local equivalents: Philippines — calling window approx. 9:00 PM – 8:45 AM PHT, meeting approx. 10:00 PM PHT (overnight schedule). Egypt — calling window 4:00 PM – 2:45 AM Cairo, meeting 5:00 PM Cairo.

Requirements

• Must be located in and legally able to contract from the Philippines or Egypt

• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and natural on the phone

• Prior outbound phone sales, cold calling, or real estate experience

Strongly preferred: a licensed or actively practicing real estate agent in your own country

• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset

• Ability to work independently with no daily supervision or hour tracking

• Willingness to work an overnight schedule (Philippines-based candidates)

Benefits

5% of the net profit on every deal you close. No cap on earnings.

No base salary, no hourly rate, and no allowance. This is a pure performance-based contractor role.
