What happens between your approval and the employer's inbox
Approve a role on Monday and the work starts the same day. The job description is read for its requirements and screening keywords. Your resume is adjusted to them, a cover letter is written if the role asks for one, and the application is completed in the employer's own system.
Before anything is sent, a second person checks the documents against the advert. Then the submission is confirmed and logged on your dashboard.

Usually within two working days, sooner for roles with a close date.
Who checks the applications before they go?
A second member of the team compares each tailored resume and letter with the advert before submission.
Who works on my applications?
A dedicated operations team handles sourcing, tailoring and submission, with quality checks at each step.
How many roles will I see each week?
Your dashboard receives at least 50 matched roles every week for you to review and approve.
Do you apply to roles that need US work authorisation?
We filter by the authorisation you tell us you have. If you need sponsorship, we prioritise employers known to sponsor, but sponsorship is always the employer's decision.
Will you write a US-style resume?
Yes. One to two pages, no photo or personal details, and tailored to each posting.
Do you handle Workday and other portal applications?
Yes. We complete the full form for every role you approve, including screening questions.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
