Finding employers that actually sponsor
Landing a role abroad starts with finding employers who sponsor work visas, then applying to enough of them, consistently, before the listings close.
For roles in Scotland, we prioritise employers with a record of sponsoring international hires, tailor your CV to sponsorship-eligible roles, and apply to the ones you approve. Sponsorship is always the employer's decision; we do not issue visas or guarantee sponsorship.
Sponsor-aware sourcing
Roles from employers known to sponsor are prioritised and flagged.
Applied before they close
Sponsored roles fill fast, so fresh postings go to the top of your list.
Honest framing
We say clearly what we can and cannot influence.

UK sponsorship, in practice
How Skilled Worker sponsorship shapes which UK roles we send you
For a Skilled Worker visa, the employer must hold a sponsor licence and assign you a Certificate of Sponsorship for an eligible role. The Home Office publishes the register of licensed sponsors, so whether an employer can sponsor is a matter of record.
Being on the register does not mean an employer will sponsor every role. The job has to be eligible and meet the salary rules, which change, so always check the current figures on gov.uk.
Checked against the register
When you tell us you need sponsorship, roles from licensed sponsors go to the top of your list.
Adverts that rule it out
Roles that state they cannot sponsor are left off your list.
Graduate visa holders
You can work for any employer now. We favour licensed sponsors so a move to Skilled Worker stays possible.
What we cannot do
We do not issue Certificates of Sponsorship or give immigration advice. Sponsorship is the employer's decision.
How it works
You approve. We apply. Every week.

Applying across United KingdomApplying in Scotland
What applies across the United Kingdom
If you searched for someone to apply for jobs for you, a CV and job application service, or a reverse recruiter in Scotland, you are in the right place. Here is how it works for candidates there.
Scotland's hiring is concentrated in Edinburgh, a European financial centre with major banks, asset managers and fintech firms, and Glasgow, with its large professional services, engineering and public-sector employers, alongside energy and offshore roles in Aberdeen and a growing games and software scene in Dundee.
Scotland actively welcomes skilled migrants and many employers are licensed sponsors. We source across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee, tailor your CV for each posting and apply only to roles you approve.
Work rights and visas
- Most non-UK candidates need a job offer from an employer on the Home Office register of licensed sponsors to apply for a Skilled Worker visa.
- The Health and Care Worker route covers many NHS and care roles.
- Graduate visa holders and others with existing right to work can apply to any employer, sponsor or not.
CV conventions in Scotland
- Called a CV, usually two pages.
- No photo, date of birth or marital status.
- A short personal profile, then experience in reverse order with measurable results.
- Employers run right-to-work checks, so state your visa status clearly if it helps.
Where people apply
- LinkedIn, s1jobs, Reed, myjobscotland, company career pages
Hiring calendar
- Hiring is busiest from January to March and again from September to November. Graduate schemes open in the autumn. Notice periods of one to three months are common.

Questions
Before you start
Anything else? Email support@pbridgeco.com and our team will come back to you.
Does being on the sponsor register mean an employer will sponsor me?
No. It means they are licensed to. The role must also be eligible and the employer must choose to sponsor it.
Do you apply to UK roles that say sponsorship is not available?
Not if you need sponsorship. Those roles are left off your weekly list.
Can you guarantee sponsorship?
No. Sponsorship is the employer's decision. We improve your odds by targeting genuine sponsoring employers and applying consistently.
Do you only apply in Scotland?
No. We cover Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and the rest of Scotland, and you can add any other location in the UK or abroad to your targets at any time.
Can you focus on employers that sponsor visas?
Yes. When you tell us you need sponsorship, we prioritise roles from employers on the UK register of licensed sponsors and flag them on your weekly list.
Do you apply through NHS Jobs and Civil Service Jobs?
Yes, where the role fits your profile. These portals ask for detailed supporting statements, which we tailor to the person specification for each role.
Will my CV follow UK conventions?
Yes. We rebuild it as a two-page UK CV with no photo or personal details, a short profile and results-focused experience.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
Ready to stop applying and start interviewing?
Upload your CV, set your targets in Scotland, and approve your first weekly list.
