What is PBridge?+
PBridge is Nigeria's AI-powered freelancing platform. We connect clients with skilled freelancers, using intelligent matching to rank proposals and secure Naira-based escrow payments to protect both sides.
How does the AI ranking system work?+
When freelancers submit proposals, our engine automatically scores each one from 0 to 100 based on six factors: review ratings (30%), completed projects (20%), skill match with your job (20%), portfolio strength (15%), proposal success rate (10%), and verification level (5%). The best matches appear at the top.
Is it free to sign up?+
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free. You get 5 proposals per month, escrow protection, and access to AI-ranked proposals. Upgrade anytime for lower fees and more features.
How does escrow work?+
When a client hires you, they fund SafeHold escrow. The money is held securely until you deliver and the client approves. Then it releases to your PBridge wallet. Both sides are protected.
How do I get paid?+
Earnings go to your PBridge wallet after escrow release. You can withdraw to any Nigerian bank account. Minimum withdrawal is ₦5,000. No dollar conversions.
How can I improve my ranking score?+
Complete your profile verification (email, phone, ID), build a strong portfolio with real project samples, deliver quality work to earn high reviews, and apply to jobs that match your listed skills. All of these factors boost your AI ranking.
What are the service fees?+
Starter: 20%, Professional: 15%, Business: 10%, Enterprise: 5%. Fees are deducted only when escrow releases on completed projects.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime. No cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable.
Is PBridge only for tech jobs?+
No! PBridge supports all categories — design, writing, marketing, data analysis, photography, tutoring, AI & machine learning, and more.
How do disputes work?+
If there's an issue, either party can open a dispute. Our team mediates and resolves it. Escrow funds are held until resolution.
Do I need a dollar card?+
No. PBridge operates 100% in Nigerian Naira. Pay with Paystack (card or bank transfer). No dollar conversions or international payment stress.
