Documents: Individuals — National ID, Passport, or Driver License. Companies — CAC Certificate or equivalent registration.
How: Settings > Verify Identity > Upload clear photo/scan of document (front and back if applicable).
Timeline: Most completed within 24-48 hours. Email notification on approval or if more info needed.
Rejected: Common reasons include blurry photos, name mismatch, expired documents. You can resubmit.
Privacy: Documents encrypted, accessible only to verification team, never shared, auto-deleted after 30 days.
