Can I use a reverse recruiter and recruitment agencies in India at the same time?
Yes. Tell us which agencies and employers already hold your resume so the same role is not applied to twice.
Do you apply to regional roles based in India?
Yes. Regional headquarters in India hire for cross-market experience, and we bring that to the top of your resume for each role.
How is this different from a recruitment agency?
Agencies work for employers and only put you forward for their own vacancies. We work for you across the whole market.
Do employers pay you?
No. We do not take fees from employers or a share of your salary.
Do you apply through Naukri and LinkedIn?
