How a reverse recruiter fits alongside UK recruitment agencies

A UK recruitment agency is paid by the employer when it fills a vacancy, so it works from the vacancies it holds. That is useful when your profile matches one of them, and silent when it does not.

We start from you instead. Each week we search direct employer openings and agency adverts together, and you choose which ones we apply to. You can keep working with your own recruiters at the same time.

Can I use a reverse recruiter and recruitment agencies at the same time?

Yes. Tell us which agencies and employers already hold your CV so the same role is not applied to twice.

Do you apply to roles advertised by UK agencies?

Yes. Agency adverts are part of the weekly list alongside direct employer openings, and you approve each one.

How is this different from a recruitment agency?

Agencies work for employers and only put you forward for their own vacancies. We work for you across the whole market.

Do employers pay you?

No. We do not take fees from employers or a share of your salary.

Can you focus on employers that sponsor visas?

Yes. When you tell us you need sponsorship, we prioritise roles from employers on the UK register of licensed sponsors and flag them on your weekly list.

Do you apply through NHS Jobs and Civil Service Jobs?

Yes, where the role fits your profile. These portals ask for detailed supporting statements, which we tailor to the person specification for each role.

Will my CV follow UK conventions?
