To sponsor you, an employer in Australia must be an approved sponsor and the role must be on the relevant skilled occupation list, with a salary above the threshold. Rules, lists and thresholds change, so check the Department of Home Affairs site before relying on a figure.
Whether an employer is willing is visible: in its adverts, in whether it has sponsored before and in how it answers. Many adverts say plainly that sponsorship is not available, and those never reach your list.
