What happens between your approval and the employer's inbox
Approve a role on Monday and the work starts the same day. The job description is read for its requirements and screening keywords. Your CV is adjusted to them, a cover letter is written if the role asks for one, and the application is completed in the employer's own system.
Before anything is sent, a second person checks the documents against the advert. Then the submission is confirmed and logged on your dashboard.

Do you apply through Seek?
Yes. Seek and company career pages are where most Australian roles are advertised, and we complete each application in full.
Can you find sponsored roles?
We prioritise approved sponsor employers and occupations on the skilled lists when you tell us you need sponsorship. Sponsorship remains the employer's decision.
Is it allowed to have someone apply for me?
Yes. Applications are made in your name, with your real experience and documents, and you approve every role before we apply. Employers hire you directly.
